Is AuPairNest a recruitment agency?
No. AuPairNest is a self-service matching platform. Families and caregivers connect directly, arrange their own interviews, and set their own terms. We provide the tools to find each other — everything after that is between you.
How does the free trial work?
Families get 14 days of full access completely free — no credit card required. After the trial you can subscribe for CHF 14/month to continue. Au pairs and nannies are always free.
How do I know profiles are genuine?
Users can verify their identity by uploading an ID document and a selfie. Verified profiles display a gold tick badge so you can immediately see who has been verified. You can also filter the discover screen to show only verified profiles.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AuPairNest. You will keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is my data safe?
Yes. AuPairNest complies with Swiss nDSG and EU GDPR regulations. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties. Identity documents are deleted within 30 days of verification. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
